What is the order processing time?
All pieces are handmade with great care and attention. Therefore, processing times may vary depending on the model, size, and current order volume.

2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
If your order is personalized or in larger quantities, this time may be a little longer — but I will always let you know in advance!
If you need the item urgently (e.g. as a gift), just let me know when you place your order and I will try to fit it in as a priority, subject to availability.

Do you ship outside of Portugal?
Yes! We ship to Europe (and other countries upon request). Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and the weight of the order. Contact us to calculate the exact cost.
Is there a discount for bulk purchases?
If you're looking to order souvenirs for birthdays, baptisms, baby showers, events, or other special occasions, I offer advantageous conditions for bulk purchases:
📦 Packs of 5 or more units → 10% discount
📦 Packs of 10 or more units → 20% discount
👉 The discount applies exclusively to souvenirs purchased in packs.
Each order is evaluated individually, taking into account the chosen model, customizations and delivery time.
