How long does it take to process an order?
All pieces are handmade with great care and love. For this reason, the processing time may vary depending on the model, size, and the current volume of orders.
📦 Average processing time:
2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
If your order is personalized or placed in a larger quantity, the processing time may be slightly longer — but you will always be informed in advance.
If you need your piece urgently (for example, as a gift), please let me know at the time of purchase and I will do my best to prioritize your order, depending on availability

Do you ship outside Portugal?
Yes! I ship to Europe (and other countries upon request). Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and the weight of the order. Please get in touch to calculate the exact shipping cost.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
If you are planning to order keepsakes for birthdays, christenings, baby showers, events, or other special occasions, I offer special conditions for bulk purchases:
📦 Packs of 5 units or more → 10% discount
📦 Packs of 10 units or more → 20% discount
👉 Discounts apply exclusively to keepsakes purchased in packs.
